Would you like a new professional challenge, are you interested in a future as an entrepreneur and would you like to acquire a company?
Two specific characteristics need to be considered here. In MBO transactions, the interests of the management as buyer and the current owners may differ. The management usually aims to acquire the company at the lowest possible price, while the seller wants to achieve the highest possible price. Specific instruments can be used to build a bridge between these two sides.

The second challenge lies in financing the transaction: the management must raise sufficient funds to cover the purchase price. By involving financial investors and private individuals, the financing gap can be closed.
